Welcome to 'Living the 360 Lifestyle'
What does that even mean? I'll get to that later, but first the reasons why it's here.
For the last 4 years I have dedicated much of my time to researching, experimenting with, learning about, studying, writing about and utilising all kinds of nutrition, fitness and health, mind and body topics. I have notebooks and notebooks full of science, statistical data, thoughts, feelings, successes, failures of everything I have tried.
I consider myself constant work in progress and the information I have found, continues to transform my life in profound, fun and surprising ways.
I want to share this all with you. I want it to be informative and offer practical advice and most of all, I want it to inspire action. There will be challenges to join, daily advice and information, clean eating recipes to try and more.

I always give 100% of myself to everything I do and am passionate about my health and fitness and helping others do the same. Hopefully I can reach out to as many of you as possible to share the amazing things I have discovered, learnt and benefited from so that you can do the same.
